ADU/CASITA MODERN

THE PROJECT

This modern ADU/Casita combines clean architectural lines, a dramatic sloped roof, and a welcoming covered entry. Its compact footprint makes thoughtful use of space while providing privacy, comfort, and a natural connection to the desert landscape - perfect for guests, multigenerational living, a private office, or a peaceful backyard retreat.
